IT Systems & Operations Administrator (AI Integration & Admin)

About the role

This full‑time position splits your time evenly between building AI‑driven integrations and handling day‑to‑day IT and administrative tasks. You will work on‑site in Kempton Park, ensuring both technical solutions and business operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain AI tool integrations using APIs, scripts and automation platforms such as Make or n8n.
• Connect disparate business systems, monitor live integrations and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide general IT support, maintaining hardware, software and basic infrastructure.
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, data capture and reconciliations.
• Manage filing, document control and record‑keeping across the organisation.
• Enter data accurately and support ad‑hoc operational needs as they arise.

Required profile

• No formal degree required; proven capability and reliability are essential.
• Hands‑on experience in IT support, scripting or systems integration.
• Comfortable with basic bookkeeping, spreadsheets and administrative processes, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent organisational habits and attention to detail.
• Ability to switch between deep technical work and routine admin tasks without loss of momentum.
• Self‑sufficient, proactive and accountable.
