About the role
We are looking for a Systems Engineer with 2‑5 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider environment to deliver on‑site services to multiple clients in the Cape Town area. The role requires a detail‑oriented team player who thrives under pressure and can manage multiple client sites efficiently.
Required profile
- Applicable IT qualification
- 2–5 years supporting managed services customers in line with SLA’s
- Excellent service delivery orientation and time management skills
- Great trouble‑shooter
- Excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Own transport is essential
