About the role
We are looking for an Information Technology Support professional to join the IT Support Team at a Feltex manufacturing site. The role focuses on delivering timely and effective IT assistance to ensure that computer systems, software, networks, and equipment run smoothly in support of business operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide prompt IT support to end‑users across the manufacturing site.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
- Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with system installations, upgrades, and configuration changes.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service and maintain service standards.
