About the role

We are seeking a Level‑2 IT Support Specialist to join a US‑based technology firm on a 12‑month contract. The role is fully remote and requires working US business hours. The successful candidate will have 2‑3 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider environment and will provide advanced technical assistance to end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier‑2 technical support and resolve escalated tickets.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware and network issues.
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments.
• Maintain Windows Server and Active Directory infrastructure.
• Utilise ticketing systems to track and document incidents.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work US business hours from a remote location.
