IT Support Analyst

About the role

Lovisa is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide high‑quality Level 1 and Level 2 technical support across its retail stores, support centres and distribution centres. The role is full‑time, office‑based and operates on a rotating shift pattern, including possible weekend and public‑holiday coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support to remote stores, support centres and warehouses, with occasional site visits.
• Maintain stability and integrity of hardware, PCs, peripherals and server/network infrastructure.
• Assist with technical setup for new store openings.
• Identify, manage and escalate IT security concerns.
• Handle user onboarding/offboarding, equipment allocation and system access.
• Liaise with IT suppliers and vendors for requests, incidents and procurement.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Data and Applications teams for escalation management.
• Maintain accurate hardware and software asset registers.
• Provide user training and promote effective use of IT solutions.
• Support global incident resolution and continuous improvement of IT services.
• Ensure timely ticket management within the Service Management platform.

• Strong communication skills and ownership of tasks.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related field.
