IT Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our enterprise technology environment. The role combines hands‑on technical work with strategic guidance to ensure stability, security, and performance across all systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, cloud services, and security infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers as well as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud platforms.
• Ensure business continuity through backup, disaster‑recovery, and risk‑management planning.
• Provide advanced support and mentorship to junior IT staff.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Maintain comprehensive IT documentation, policies, and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and security standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 10‑15 years of hands‑on experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

• LAN/WAN, VPN and firewall administration
• Windows Server and Linux Server administration
• Azure, AWS or Google Cloud platform expertise
