IT Server Engineer L3/L4 (Remote, US Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a senior IT Server Engineer (L3/L4) to provide remote end‑user support for US‑based Managed Service Providers. The role focuses on Microsoft 365, Azure cloud services, desktop solutions, and Windows Server infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Migrate, configure and deploy Microsoft 365 applications such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams, including on‑prem to cloud migrations.
• Deploy desktop solutions and assist project teams with software installations; InTune deployments are a plus.
• Set up and administer Windows Server infrastructure – Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and related services.
• Implement security measures to protect the integrity, availability and confidentiality of IT systems.
• Collaborate with the IT team on post‑deployment support and documentation of processes, procedures and configurations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support roles covering Microsoft 365, Azure, desktop support and server administration.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services (Azure AD, Virtual Machines, Storage).
• Proven experience with Windows and macOS operating systems, hardware troubleshooting and software installation.
• Familiarity with managing Windows Server environments, including AD, Group Policy and DNS.
