IT Manager – Enterprise Strategy & Cloud (Centurion)

About the role

The IT Manager will define and execute the enterprise IT strategy that supports the company’s corporate, commercial and operational functions. The role holds full accountability for enterprise applications, IT infrastructure and cloud platforms, data governance, cyber security and IT service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a 3–5 year enterprise IT strategy and align the IT roadmap with business objectives.
• Establish governance frameworks aligned to ISO, ITIL and best‑practice standards.
• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of all enterprise applications and drive automation of business processes.
• Architect, deploy and manage Azure workloads, ensuring high availability, resilience and cost optimisation.
• Oversee IT service delivery, SLAs/OLAs, incident, problem and change management via ServiceNow.
• Define and enforce cyber security strategy, ensuring compliance with POPIA and ISO 27001.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as AZ‑104, MS‑102, SC‑300, AZ‑305, MD‑102, SC‑100 and SC‑200.
• Proven experience in enterprise IT strategy, cloud (Azure) and cyber security.
