IT Internship Program 2026

About the role

Technology Corporate Management (TCM) is inviting ICT graduates to join its 12‑month full‑time IT Internship Programme for 2026. The internship runs across several South African provinces including Gauteng, Free State, Western Cape, Eastern Cape and KwaZulu‑Natal. Participants will work onsite in TCM offices, gaining real‑world experience, mentorship by IT professionals and exposure to current technologies in a dynamic environment.

Required profile

• South African citizen
• Currently unemployed and 34 years or younger
• Not currently on an internship programme or having completed an MICT SETA internship
• Able to commute to the local office or other assigned TCM sites daily
• Matric/Grade 12 and an NQF 5 or higher ICT qualification (N4/N5/N6 not accepted)
• Self‑motivated and eager to learn
• Strong logical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good communication skills
• Integrity, professionalism and strong work ethics
• Well‑organised, reliable and able to meet deadlines under pressure
• Beneficial: IT vendor or OEM certifications, electrical or mechanical engineering background
