IT Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

The Talent Experts is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to lead the design, implementation and maintenance of hybrid on‑premise and Azure cloud solutions. You will guide a technical team, ensure compliance and drive innovation across core services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage hybrid infrastructure integrating on‑premise systems with Microsoft Azure.
• Oversee core platforms such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and identity services.
• Lead critical IT projects, change management and ensure operational continuity.
• Champion security compliance, ISO‑27001 standards and disaster recovery planning.
• Mentor team members and coordinate with stakeholders to align IT operations with business goals.

Required profile

• Degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of infrastructure experience, including 3 years in a leadership or project‑management role.
• Proven expertise in hybrid cloud environments, especially Microsoft Azure.
• Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., AZ‑104, AZ‑305, AZ‑500).
• Strong understanding of ISO‑27001 compliance.
