About the role
Join TalentSync SA as an IT Help Desk Technician, providing the first line of technical support for end‑users. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues, ensuring smooth operation of client technology environments.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software and network‑related problems.
- Install, configure and maintain computers, applications and peripherals.
- Document and track incidents, resolutions and follow‑up actions in the help‑desk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Perform regular system updates and maintenance to enhance security and performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in an IT Help Desk or customer support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
