IT Engineering Lead

About the role

We are looking for an Engineering Lead to head our Customer, Platforms and Insights Division. You will guide a team of engineers to deliver Tier 1 projects and maintain ongoing operations, always keeping the customer experience at the forefront.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering collaboration, innovation and continuous learning.
• Define and execute the technical roadmap in partnership with cross‑functional teams, aligning with business objectives.
• Design, develop and optimise platforms for scalability, reliability and security.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor platform performance metrics and drive improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development and technical leadership, with a track record of delivering complex projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to inspire and motivate teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
