IT Administrator – Technical Support

About the role

TB HIV Care (THC) is seeking an IT Administrator to provide basic technical support to a large user base across its health‑care operations in South Africa. The role focuses on email, mobile device, network and desktop support within a stimulating, mission‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line technical assistance to staff and partners.
• Manage and troubleshoot email accounts and related services.
• Support mobile devices, including configuration and issue resolution.
• Perform basic network and desktop troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory and ensure compliance with security policies.
