About the role
This position is with a leading business financier that supports small and medium‑size enterprises. The role is based in Cape Town, requires an office presence and involves 50% client‑facing activities, focusing on financing, mentoring and growing entrepreneurial ventures.
Key responsibilities
- Market the firm and build professional networks by attending workshops and industry events.
- Conduct viability studies on prospective investment opportunities.
- Develop financial models and compile comprehensive investment reports.
- Negotiate and structure investment projects with target entities.
Required profile
- BCom degree with Accounts 11 (non‑negotiable).
- Minimum three years of experience in business investment, deal structuring, and financial modelling.
- Strong management experience and ability to meet customer expectations.
- Must reside in Cape Town; relocation is not considered.

What we offer
- Salary range R37,000 – R55,000 per month (CTC) plus share interest.
- Full‑time, permanent employment.
