About the role

A well-established manufacturer in Johannesburg is looking for an Internal Sales Support specialist who reports to the Sales Manager. The role covers outbound telesales, quoting on customer requirements and keeping every order on track until delivery.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound telesales calls to new and existing customers
Prepare quotes and process orders for new and repeat jobs
Keep order and delivery dates across the sales portfolio on track
Handle customer queries on orders, pricing and delivery

Required profile

Grade 12; a tertiary qualification in Administration or Sales is advantageous
Proven telesales experience and confidence on outbound calls
Knowledge of the label, print or packaging industry
Accuracy under pressure and attention to detail

Required skills

Strong MS Excel, Word and Outlook
Syspro or a similar ERP system (advantageous)
Good numeracy for accurate quoting
