Internal Sales Supervisor

About the role

Allmed Healthcare Professionals is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Supervisor to lead the Operations team in Cape Town. The role focuses on supervising internal sales activities within the Temporary Employment Services (TES) sector, ensuring client staffing needs are met and operational targets are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Operations Consultants, monitor performance, and ensure daily booking and placement targets are achieved.
• Manage staff schedules, productivity, and workflow, addressing performance issues and escalating disciplinary matters to HR when needed.
• Liaise daily with Directors, Business Sales Consultants, Client Supervisors, and clients regarding staffing and operational requirements.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, oversee staff nominations, and ensure accurate employee data entry into NIMS from MedZone.
• Conduct daily database searches to source suitable candidates for assignments and respond promptly to client and staff queries.
• Build and maintain client relationships to support business retention and identify new business opportunities.
• Support implementation of operational strategies, staff training initiatives, and monitor financial processes including leave balances and invoice accuracy.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• Minimum 3 years experience as an Internal Sales Consultant or Supervisor, with at least 3 years in the Temporary Employment Services industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to engage confidently with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
• Established customer relationships within the healthcare sector and strong relationship‑building, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
