Internal Audit Manager

About the role

The Internal Audit Manager will lead the delivery of NTT DATA’s internal audit plan, focusing on the corporate function portfolio. You will provide assurance on governance, risk, compliance and policy processes while partnering with senior stakeholders to strengthen the control environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, scope and execute internal audits across corporate functions, including second‑line activities.
• Assess design and operating effectiveness of governance, risk‑management, compliance and monitoring controls.
• Oversee a team of auditors to ensure high‑quality, consistent and timely audit work.
• Review and finalise audit reports, evaluate management action plans and monitor remediation progress.
• Present audit findings, themes and recommendations to senior management and the Audit Committee.
• Coordinate with external auditors and other assurance providers.
• Support senior managers on portfolio priorities, emerging risks and audit planning.

Required profile

• Strong management capability with experience leading and developing high‑performing audit teams.
• Extensive internal audit knowledge, sound judgement and excellent analytical/problem‑solving skills.
• Good understanding of business processes and the broader industry environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex matters clearly.
• Proven stakeholder‑management ability to influence at all organisational levels.
