Internal Account Manager – Cape Town

About the role

The Internal Account Manager will support the sales team by processing quotations, managing orders and coordinating with internal departments to exceed customer expectations. The role focuses on driving customer satisfaction and influencing clients to adopt our products and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers in achieving monthly and annual targets.
• Generate and qualify leads, working with partners and marketing initiatives.
• Source products at optimal prices and prepare quotations.
• Secure orders, place them, and monitor progress with buyers and suppliers.
• Develop profitability of the team and expand product knowledge across the portfolio.
• Understand OEM partner programs, licensing models and tender processes.
• Maintain supplier relationships and manage renewals and billing cycles.
• Use internal accounting packages for invoicing, delivery notes and logistics coordination.

Required profile

• Matric and tertiary qualification.
• At least 3 years experience as an Internal Account Manager.
• Strong data capture accuracy and professional communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and work in a fast‑paced team.
• Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
