Intermediate Software Engineer

About the role

The Intermediate Software Engineer will take on greater responsibility within the development team, designing and building sophisticated applications while ensuring high quality and performance. You will also mentor junior engineers and help improve development processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop complex, scalable, and maintainable software applications.
• Test, debug, and ensure reliability of code according to company standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
• Document code and keep organized records of project progress.
• Meet project deadlines and manage tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Provide technical support for production applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Mentor Junior Software Engineers through guidance, code reviews, and technical advice.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and ability to work independently.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to mentor junior engineers or lead technical initiatives.
