Intermediate Architect / Candidate Architect

About the role

We are seeking an Intermediate Architect (also referred to as Candidate Architect) to join our Cape Town team. The role involves producing detailed architectural drawings using Revit and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate architectural documentation and construction drawings in Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare presentation and design materials using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
• Collaborate with senior architects and engineers to ensure design intent and technical accuracy.
• Maintain project files and ensure compliance with local building regulations.
• Contribute to design reviews and incorporate feedback into revisions.

Required profile

• Master of Architecture (Professional) degree (MArch Prof).
• Minimum of 2 years professional experience in architecture.
• Strong eye for detail and solid technical abilities.
• Based in Cape Town – only local candidates will be considered.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop and InDesign.
• Ability to present a portfolio of Revit‑based working drawings.
