Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Engineer

About the role

The ILS Engineer will develop, implement and optimise Integrated Logistics Support solutions throughout the product lifecycle. Working closely with engineering, project teams, customers and business stakeholders, the role aims to maximise system availability, reliability, maintainability and long‑term customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver ILS strategies, maintenance frameworks and lifecycle solutions that meet quality, cost and schedule targets.
• Conduct reliability, maintainability, obsolescence, configuration and lifecycle analyses to reduce risk and improve system performance.
• Engage customers and internal teams to create tailored support solutions that align operational needs with engineering objectives.
• Perform technical analysis, modelling, FMECA and reporting for proposals, tenders and quality investigations.
• Drive knowledge sharing, innovation and cross‑functional collaboration to enhance organisational capability and ILS practices.

Required profile

• Minimum BEng/BSc in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in Integrated Logistics Support, Reliability Engineering, Product Support or Lifecycle Support.
• Ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance.
