About the role
We are seeking an ambitious Insurance Sales Leader to head a team of Sales Representatives in the financial services sector. Based in Westville, Durban, you will drive business growth while delivering professional advice and building lasting client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional insurance advice and services to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Set and achieve sales targets and broader business goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Required profile
- Matric qualification (essential); a degree is preferred.
- RE5 certification – mandatory.
- Proven experience managing and motivating sales teams.
- Own vehicle and a valid driver’s licence.
- Clear credit and criminal record.
- RE05 passed 120 credits or equivalent.
