Insurance Broker – KwaZulu-Natal

About the role

OUTsurance is seeking an energetic Insurance Broker to grow its short‑term business insurance portfolio in KwaZulu‑Natal. You will sell both personal and commercial lines, prospect new clients and build a sustainable book of business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the short‑term insurance portfolio by acquiring new personal and commercial clients.
• Prospect, canvass and generate leads through face‑to‑face sales activities.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing service.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Utilise the sales support function and collaborate with team members.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong business acumen and excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Analytical, numerical and mathematical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, balancing responsibilities.
