Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions.
• Proactively monitor, support, and optimise production and staging environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and platform issues.
• Participate in software releases and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and support teams.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Analyse logs, metrics, and system performance data to identify root causes and implement preventative measures.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in Linux‑based environments.
• Strong networking skills, including troubleshooting and packet analysis.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
