Information Security Analyst

About the role

Pacific International Insurance is seeking a passionate, detail‑oriented Information Security Analyst to drive information security (IS) across the organisation. The role will coordinate IS governance, risk and assurance activities, maintain registers, and support the IS awareness programme while also owning AI governance responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain IS business‑as‑usual tracking, monitor progress against deliverables and flag risks or delays to the Head of Information Security.
• Coordinate the IS activity calendar, forums, reporting packs, action tracking and register maintenance.
• Support the IS awareness programme, including preparation of threat bulletins.
• Own and operationalise AI governance domains, including the AI Policy Framework, AI registers and related governance forums.
• Maintain structured artefact repositories for IS governance documentation with proper version control and accessibility.
• Identify and suggest improvements to IS team processes, templates and coordination tools.

Required skills

• Knowledge of information security governance, risk and assurance processes.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and policy implementation.
• Experience maintaining registers and structured documentation repositories.
