Industrial Controller

About the role

Ferrero is seeking an experienced Industrial Controller to oversee industrial, third‑party operations (3PO), supply‑chain, and balance‑sheet controlling for its plant in Walkerville and the Business Unit in Morningside. The role partners with the local CFO and Area Industrial Controller to drive cost management, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the finance liaison for Operation Central Functions and the plant.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, risk & opportunity (R&O) and controlling for industrial, supply‑chain and discretionary cash‑flow.
• Support supply‑chain strategy and analyse 3PO investments, contracts and new project cost estimates.
• Perform monthly closing, variance analysis, and plant performance reporting.
• Manage CAPEX investment, monitoring, carry‑overs and liquidations.
• Monitor stock levels, warehouse risk, DCF KPIs and cash‑flow reports.
• Apply Group Supply‑Chain Controlling standards, perform cost‑analysis and KPI tracking.
• Ensure compliance with group controlling policies and issue standard costings.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial or supply‑chain controlling, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong background in budgeting, strategic planning and production cost control.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and able to work collaboratively across functions.
