About the role
The ICT Technician will ensure the maintenance and support of the CCMDD electronic system (SyNCH) across allocated health facilities and pick‑up points, contributing to the achievement of electronic patient prescription targets.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and support the CCMDD electronic system (SyNCH) across all allocated healthcare facilities and pick‑up points within the assigned sub‑district.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Assist facilities in achieving monthly and quarterly electronic patient prescription targets.
- Provide on‑site and remote troubleshooting for hardware, networking and software components related to the system.
- Document incidents, resolutions and system updates in accordance with organisational policies.

Required skills
- Experience with the CCMDD electronic system (SyNCH) or similar electronic health record platforms.
