About the role
The Hyster Driver operates a forklift to efficiently move goods within the warehouse and loading areas. Working in a busy logistics environment, the operator ensures timely transport of materials, accurate placement of stock, and strict adherence to safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Transport goods and pallets between storage zones and loading docks, supporting daily warehouse flow.
- Load and unload shipments on and off delivery trucks, handling each pallet with care.
- Conduct daily safety and mechanical inspections of the lift truck before use to prevent equipment failure.
- Stack stock correctly and assist in tracking inventory, maintaining organized storage rows.
- Maintain clear walkways and follow all workplace safety rules to minimise accidents.
Required profile
- Valid forklift driver’s licence.
- Good hand‑eye coordination, balance and medical fitness to operate heavy machinery safely.
- At least two years of relevant forklift operating experience.
