HubSpot Operations Specialist

About the role

lulalend is looking for a highly motivated HubSpot Operations Specialist to own and optimise its CRM ecosystem. You will work closely with the CRM Lead and cross‑functional teams to ensure data quality, seamless integrations, and actionable insights for commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and architect the HubSpot CRM, maintaining database health, duplication control and clean data hygiene for 120+ users.
• Design, test and deploy complex workflows, custom objects and pipeline automations to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain bi‑directional integrations with Zendesk, Snowflake, Twilio, Apollo and Convertflow, troubleshooting API or webhook failures.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to pipe CRM data into Snowflake for advanced BI reporting.
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking pipeline velocity, conversion rates and tool usage to guide licensing and ROI decisions.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of dedicated HubSpot administration experience in a high‑growth B2B or SaaS environment.
• HubSpot Administrator and HubSpot Sales Software certifications.
• Proven experience managing integrations with Zendesk and Snowflake or similar data warehouses.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM administration, custom objects and workflow automation.
• Integration experience with Zendesk, Snowflake, Twilio, Apollo and Convertflow.
• Understanding of relational databases, data flow logic and basic SQL.
• API and webhook troubleshooting.
• Data governance and dashboard creation for performance metrics.
