Home Solution Assistant Product Manager / Demand Planner

About the role

The Home Solution Assistant Product Manager / Demand Planner will drive forecasting, demand planning and product pricing activities for our home solutions portfolio. You will work closely with sales, manufacturing and HQ to ensure product availability and optimal inventory levels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and generate weekly and monthly statistical forecast reports, continuously improving forecasting techniques.
• Maintain demand planning procedures, SOPs and ensure compliance with forecasting methods.
• Assemble and analyse data (historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions, inventory) to produce accurate sales forecasts.
• Support pricing updates, maintain monthly price lists per currency and assist with pricing quotes and FX conversions.
• Recommend adjustments to forecast and inventory targets based on market changes and new product introductions.
• Coordinate with HQ and manufacturing to resolve supply issues, register new products and obtain certifications.
• Present forecast results and supply challenges at S&OP meetings with senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting and product management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales and market data.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with sales, manufacturing and HQ teams.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple forecasting cycles.
