About the role

Senwes is seeking a Head of Legal to lead the Group’s legal function. The role provides strategic, commercial and operational legal support across the business, ensuring that legal risks are identified, managed and mitigated while enabling sound commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities

Provide strategic legal advisory and commercial support to the Group.
Lead and develop the Group Legal function, including people management and stakeholder engagement.
Oversee litigation, dispute resolution and regulatory matters.
Manage legal risk, compliance and governance across the organisation.
Develop and maintain contracts, policies and legal frameworks.

Required profile

Proven experience in senior legal roles with responsibility for strategic advisory and commercial support.
Demonstrated ability to lead a legal team and manage stakeholder relationships.
Strong background in litigation, dispute resolution and regulatory management.
Expertise in legal risk management, compliance and governance.
Experience in drafting and overseeing contracts and policy development.
