Head of Finance

About the role

We are seeking a strategic finance leader to drive financial reporting, governance and transformation across a complex international environment. Reporting directly to the Hollard International CFO, the Head of Finance will shape finance strategy and ensure robust financial insight for better business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual group and company financial reporting, including board packs, statutory statements and audit coordination.
• Oversee regulatory reporting and submissions to relevant statutory bodies.
• Manage treasury functions, cash‑flow planning, tax, payments, collections and cost control across the Group.
• Implement and monitor financial control frameworks and governance practices.
• Drive finance‑related transformation projects such as process automation, AI‑enabled capabilities and operating model enhancements.
• Support the rollout of new accounting standards, including IFRS updates and technical accounting requirements.
• Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting and performance management.
• Represent Finance on governance forums, especially Audit and Risk Committees, and build strong relationships with country finance teams, auditors and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in senior finance leadership within an international, multi‑entity environment.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality financial reporting and audit outcomes.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, treasury management and tax compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead transformation initiatives and embed robust control frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
