Head of Brand Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative and commercially minded senior leader to own and evolve the full brand identity and visual communication of our business. The Head of Brand Marketing will drive a complete brand modernization, ensuring consistency across all marketing, digital, print, and physical environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the evolution and modernization of the company’s brand identity and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines.
• Oversee redesign and development of product catalogues, create layout systems, and manage print production.
• Develop creative concepts for digital campaigns, design social media, email and advertising content, and support website and landing‑page creative work.
• Act as primary liaison with external agencies, provide creative direction, approve visual content and manage campaign calendars.
• Design and standardise branding for the vehicle fleet, ensuring a consistent visual identity.
• Design branch interiors, signage, showroom and office branding to enhance customer experience.
• Create exhibition stands, trade‑show displays and promotional event branding.
• Direct product, corporate and factory photography, develop video concepts and manage a central brand asset library.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in branding, graphic design or creative management.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale branding or design projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, catalogue and marketing work.
