Handyman – General Maintenance Specialist

About the role

The Handyman will deliver high‑quality general maintenance services across multiple client sites for a leading commercial real‑estate provider. Working independently and supervising a small on‑site team, the role focuses on safety, service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repair work at various locations.
• Supervise and allocate tasks to on‑site team members, ensuring standards are met.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff.
• Report work digitally using mobile applications and maintain accurate records.
• Support specialist teams when required and adhere to health, safety and operational procedures.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in general building and facilities maintenance.
• Experience supervising or managing a small team.
• Trade‑related qualification or technical certificate in building maintenance, construction or a related field (advantageous).
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel between sites.
• Strong communication skills and professional client interaction.
