GTM Engineer – Customer Success Manager

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused Go‑To‑Market (GTM) Engineer who will act as a Customer Success Manager. You will guide customers in building, optimizing, and scaling outbound sales strategies, ensuring adoption and long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, adoption and ongoing success for each customer.
• Understand the customer’s product, market, ICP and sales process to design effective outbound GTM campaigns.
• Advise on account targeting, personalization, messaging and campaign execution.
• Analyze campaign performance, product usage and health metrics to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Deliver enablement sessions, strategic business reviews and best‑practice guidance.
• Troubleshoot workflow and campaign issues while collaborating with internal teams.
• Collect feedback and provide actionable insights for product improvement.
• Partner with Sales and RevOps on handoffs, renewals and expansion opportunities.

Required profile

• 2+ years in GTM, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, RevOps or related B2B SaaS roles.
• Strong understanding of B2B outbound sales, Sales Development and Account‑Based Selling.
• Excellent written and spoken English with a customer‑first mindset.
• Self‑starter with strong ownership, curiosity and the ability to work independently.
