Growth Marketing Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale the end‑to‑end growth function for a fast‑growing South African AI‑driven SaaS company. Reporting directly to the founders, you will shape strategy, run multi‑channel campaigns and drive qualified pipeline that fuels revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall growth marketing strategy, identifying new acquisition and revenue opportunities.
• Design, launch and optimise multi‑channel demand‑generation campaigns across paid media, SEO, email, content and partnerships.
• Build and refine the marketing funnel from awareness through conversion, tracking performance and ROI.
• Strengthen brand positioning and produce consistent messaging across LinkedIn, website, email and other touchpoints.
• Analyse campaign data, report on KPIs and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Collaborate closely with founders, sales and product teams on go‑to‑market launches and long‑term growth road‑maps.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in growth, digital or performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech startups.
• Proven track record of generating demand and delivering measurable business growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑directed, proactive and curious about emerging technology and AI.
