Growth Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Executive to drive organic customer acquisition and lead generation for our global property‑management platform. In this hands‑on contractor role you will experiment, analyse data and turn insights into measurable commercial growth, working closely with Growth, Sales, Product and Partnerships teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise growth initiatives across SEO, content, email, referral, affiliate and lifecycle marketing.
• Generate qualified inbound leads that support commercial growth.
• Identify and implement improvements to website conversion, lead generation and customer activation.
• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, messaging and conversion funnels.
• Analyse campaign performance, build dashboards and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales and Partnerships to launch and optimise initiatives.
• Research and test new growth channels, tools and marketing opportunities.
• Support website optimisation and SEO projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in growth, digital or acquisition marketing within a fast‑paced technology, SaaS, marketplace or travel business.
• Hands‑on track record of driving organic growth and lead generation.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data to inform commercial decisions.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed global team.
