Growth & Demand Generation Manager (B2B)

About the role

We are seeking a Growth & Demand Generation Manager (B2B) to lead full‑funnel marketing initiatives that drive qualified pipeline and revenue across our portfolio of B2B brands. Working within a global marketing team, you will design scalable demand‑generation strategies and collaborate closely with brand, sales, digital and regional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end B2B demand‑generation campaigns for multiple brands and markets.
• Oversee paid digital programs including search, social, programmatic, retargeting and lead‑generation.
• Partner with regional teams to ensure localized execution while maintaining global consistency.
• Lead CRO initiatives through A/B testing, behavioural analytics and personalisation.
• Design and optimise lead‑nurturing and marketing‑automation workflows.
• Collaborate with sales to align lead management, lifecycle stages and hand‑off processes.
• Own reporting frameworks focused on lead generation, pipeline contribution, attribution and ROI.
• Work with SEO and content specialists to boost organic demand and support social media engagement.

Required profile

• 10+ years of demand‑generation or digital‑marketing experience in B2B services or hybrid tech‑service organisations.
• 5+ years in a marketing leadership role, preferably in multi‑brand or shared‑services environments.
• Proven track record of building high‑performing demand‑generation programs that deliver measurable growth.
