Group Management Accountant – Financial Reporting Lead

About the role

The Group Management Accountant will lead the preparation, consolidation and delivery of financial and management reports for Sun International Limited Group. This senior finance professional will work closely with senior leadership, central and operational finance teams, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead consolidated financial reporting across the Group, including monthly, quarterly, year‑end and interim reports.
• Prepare budget, forecasting, capex and board reporting packages.
• Investigate and resolve unusual variances against budget and prior year results.
• Assist in the preparation of Group annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Support investor presentations, integrated annual reporting and Exco/Board communications.
• Develop and maintain Group financial governance standards, templates and reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with financial procedures, statutory legislation and tax regulations.
• Act as subject‑matter expert on financial and statutory legislation for the Group.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory financial reporting requirements.
• Experience in group consolidation and multi‑entity financial reporting.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and finance teams across multiple business units.
• Expertise in developing financial governance frameworks and reporting tools.
