Group Lead: Supply Chain Finance

About the role

Coca-Cola Beverages Africa is seeking a Group Lead for Supply Chain Finance to join its Finance team. Reporting to the Group Head Finance Supply Chain, you will provide financial analysis, budgeting and business partnering to optimise the supply chain across multiple African markets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate cost‑to‑serve reporting, identifying cost drivers and improvement opportunities.
• Support supply‑chain leaders with financial analysis to boost productivity, efficiency and cost performance.
• Coordinate and prepare supply‑chain budgets, forecasts and monthly outlooks.
• Produce performance reports, highlighting trends, risks, opportunities and variance explanations.
• Monitor CAPEX investments, track benefits and ensure delivery against business cases.
• Partner with operational teams to identify savings, develop business cases and promote financial discipline.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, preferably within supply‑chain or related environments.
• Strong ability to interpret operational and financial data to generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
