Group Finance Manager

About the role

Lexdan Select is partnering with a leading industrial group in Pretoria to recruit a Group Finance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the group’s financial reporting, consolidation, and governance processes while ensuring compliance across all tax jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present group financial reports and month‑end close packages.
• Lead the consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities.
• Maintain robust financial control frameworks and governance standards.
• Oversee tax compliance in all operating jurisdictions.
• Act as the primary liaison with external auditors.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA SA) or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years post‑articles experience in finance.
• Proven experience in group reporting and consolidations.
• Willingness to work on‑site five days a week in Pretoria.
