Group Data & AI Manager

About the role

Lead the Group Data & AI agenda for a manufacturing‑focused organisation, shaping enterprise data strategy and driving AI, automation and intelligent technologies across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group Data & AI strategy.
• Build modern data platforms, enterprise data models and analytics capabilities.
• Drive AI, Generative AI and automation initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Establish enterprise data governance, reporting standards and trusted KPI frameworks.
• Lead systems integration across manufacturing and business platforms.
• Partner with executives and operational leaders to identify high‑value digital opportunities.
• Create business cases, delivery roadmaps and governance structures to ensure successful adoption.

Required profile

• Proven success leading enterprise Data, AI, Analytics and Integration initiatives.
• Strong experience in manufacturing, industrial or operational environments.
• Expertise in data governance, master data, reporting and enterprise data architecture.
• Experience delivering practical AI and Generative AI solutions that improve operational performance.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop business cases.
