About the role
We are seeking an experienced Group Accountant to join the senior finance team of a dynamic industrial organisation. The role will support strategic decision‑making across multiple entities by delivering accurate consolidated financial information and robust cost controls.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare group management accounts and consolidated financial reports.
- Manage stock, costing, and project accounting functions.
- Oversee month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
- Perform financial analysis and business reporting for senior management.
- Ensure statutory compliance and strengthen financial controls across entities.
Required profile
- BCom Accounting qualification with completed Articles.
- CIMA qualification is advantageous.
- 10‑15 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a senior finance role.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering or construction environments.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
What we offer
- Competitive salary range of R 700,000 – R 800,000 per year.
