Graphic/Web Designer – Remote (Latin America & South Africa)

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic/Web Designer to create visually compelling, conversion‑focused websites and marketing assets for a digital‑marketing agency that serves dental and healthcare practices in the United States. The role is fully remote and works closely with developers, marketers and account managers to deliver modern digital experiences that generate patient leads.

Key responsibilities

• Design modern, responsive websites and landing pages that drive conversions and enhance user experience.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and UI designs for new builds and redesign projects.
• Design digital marketing assets such as social media graphics, display ads, email graphics, and promotional materials.
• Develop branding materials including logos, icons, style guides, and visual identity assets.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation and maintain consistency.
• Optimize designs for mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and conversion‑rate best practices.
• Maintain consistent branding across multiple client accounts and marketing channels.
• Prepare organized design files and assets for development and production.
• Incorporate client feedback while meeting project deadlines.
• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, web design best practices, and emerging design technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic and web design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing website design, branding, and digital marketing projects.
• Experience working in a digital‑marketing agency serving U.S. clients.
• Experience designing for healthcare or dental niches (preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work remotely within a 9 am‑6 pm ES time zone.
