Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist

About the role

Villa Crop Protection’s Marketing department is seeking a creative mid‑level Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist to join its team in Johannesburg. The role blends visual design with digital marketing, turning business objectives into engaging assets across a range of channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce graphics for social media campaigns, corporate branding, digital marketing, print advertising, product brochures, catalogues and trade‑show displays.
• Create visual content for email marketing, website and other digital platforms, as well as internal communications and corporate presentations.
• Develop video graphics and assets for Microsoft Teams webinars and virtual events.
• Collaborate with marketing colleagues to conceptualise and execute multi‑channel campaigns.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in graphic design.
• Minimum five years of professional experience in graphic design and social‑media management.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital work.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud – InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Figma (advantageous).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Teams, including webinar planning and execution.
