Graphic Designer – Mid‑Level Creative Agency

About the role

We are a fast‑growing marketing agency looking for a medium‑weight Graphic Designer to join our creative family. You will work on a diverse portfolio of international and local clients, turning concepts into balanced, eye‑catching designs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop layout concepts and visual assets for a variety of client projects.
• Collaborate with a team of designers and copywriters to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high‑quality output.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and generate design assets.
• Maintain files and version control on Mac‑based systems.

Required profile

• Formal qualification in graphic design, art direction or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in an advertising agency or similar environment.
• Strong layout and visual composition skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
• Positive, ‘can‑do’ attitude and a good sense of humour.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience using AI‑based design tools to enhance productivity.
• Comfortable working on macOS platforms.
