Graphic Designer – Lead Creative Direction

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Graphic Designer to join our small, dynamic marketing team in Bedfordview. You will lead the creative direction, turning concepts into high‑quality print and digital assets while ensuring brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain design direction and brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Take projects from concept, design, and layout through to final execution for both print and digital channels.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team and manage multiple design streams simultaneously.
• Deliver accurate, high‑quality work on tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Matric or Diploma in Graphic Design.
• Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience in a marketing environment.
• Experience supervising or managing at least one design staff member.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Creative, innovative mindset with solid problem‑solving and strategic thinking.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Strong web design and development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress.
• UX/UI design capability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
