Graphic Designer – Full‑time Hybrid in East London

About the role

Grove Marketing is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing team in East London. This full‑time, hybrid position offers the chance to work on a variety of client projects across hospitality, retail and services while developing your craft and expanding your skill set.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media content, paid‑ad creatives, stories and reel graphics for multiple active client accounts.
• Create posters, brochures, proposals, menus, event material and print‑ready files.
• Apply and maintain brand identities consistently across all touchpoints.
• Produce visual assets for Grove’s own brand content.
• Collaborate on campaign briefs, turning strategy into high‑performing visuals.
• Manage workload, tasks and deadlines using ClickUp.
• Take on additional responsibilities as the role and business evolve.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional design experience.
• Portfolio that includes published work, not just concepts.
• Understanding of what performs on Meta and Instagram platforms.
• Ability to read briefs thoroughly before starting work.
• Self‑starter attitude with strong communication in a small team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one design tool such as Illustrator, Canva, Affinity or Figma.
• Experience using ClickUp for task and deadline management.
