Graduate Sales Development Program – South Africa

About the role

Join HP South Africa as a Graduate and rotate across sales functions within the South‑Central Africa Commercial Organization. You will gain a strategic view of the printing and computing markets while supporting customers and partners with HP’s portfolio of products, services and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist commercial teams in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities for printing and personal systems.
• Support customers and partners in adopting HP solutions that drive business growth.
• Participate in on‑the‑job stretch assignments, sales and leadership training, and coaching sessions.
• Contribute to the development of sales proposals, presentations and market analysis.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field obtained within the last 12 months.
• Passion for technology and innovation.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and eager to learn new skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
