Graduate Sales Consultant

About the role
The Graduate Sales Consultant will join our sales team in Bryanston and support the telephonic purchase process for motor insurance products. Reporting to the Sales Team Manager, you will work in a fast‑paced environment, handling inbound and outbound leads and ensuring customers receive clear, accurate information.
Key responsibilities
- Work allocated leads efficiently and respond to them promptly.
- Handle client correspondence and schedule appointments as required.
- Make calls following Prime’s dialing protocol.
- Explain product features in an easy‑to‑understand manner.
- Meet or exceed set sales targets.
Required profile
- Matric qualification and a completed degree from a reputable tertiary institution.
- Excellent verbal communication skills; fluent in English.
- Team player who is self‑motivated, target‑driven and resilient.
- Ability to learn quickly and perform under pressure.
